PDF Forms

  • Adobe ADEP (formerly LiveCycle) and Acrobat PDF Form Design, Development and Integration.
  • iPad Form solution Design, Development and Integration.
  • Conversion of paper and MS Word forms to PDF solutions.

  • Some of the key differences between PDF Forms
developed using Adobe ADEP (LiveCycle) and Adobe Acrobat:

    ADEP (LiveCycle) PDF Forms:
    1. Dynamically Add/show/hide Sections of the form.
    2. Expand sections that then neatly roll over to the next page.
    3. Adjust the appearance of fields based on user actions.
    4. See an example ADEP (LiveCycle) form here. (Try the ' 8.7 - If yes, please provide details of this funding.' repeating block (Page 12) section to see a good example.

    Acrobat PDF Forms:
    1. Ensure the layout won't change.
    2. Validate data entry into the form.
    3. See an example Acrobat form here. (The layout is fixed, the fields are layed over the static PDF Form. You can submit and perform other functions but not dynamically change the layout to the same degree.)
